WHAT IS CONCEPT ENTERTAINMENT?
We are a company based in Göteborg (also known as Gothenburg), Sweden. We work with e-commerce and sell consoles, accessories and games for most older video game formats. We work with video games in general but has put the emphasis on the older so-called retro consoles.
DO YOU HAVE A PHYSICAL STORE TO VISIT?
No, we only sell through our online store and deliver via post. We pack well, deliver fast and shipping fee is only 59 SEK (within Sweden).
TO WHAT COUNTRIES DO YOU DELIVER?
We ship to almost all of the European Union (EU) plus Norway and Switzerland. We also send to Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, the United States of America and Canada.
WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?
If you live in Sweden the shipping cost is 59 SEK. For other countries, the shipping cost is based on the weight of the package. If you are resident outside of Sweden and want to know what shipping cost your order is up to, just click on the shopping cart in the upper right corner, select your country from the scroll list, your current shipping cost is then displayed for your order.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU OFFER?
For customers residing outside of Sweden we only offer payment with Visa or Mastercard.
For customers residing in Sweden, we have three payment options:
VISA / MASTERCARD: Pay when checking out with your Visa or MasterCard. No additional charges apply.
INVOICE 14 DAYS: When you choose Invoice you will get your package delivered to you together with an invoice which is to be payed within 14 days. We charge an extra fee of 29 SEK for this payment option.
BANKGIRO: You can also choose to pay to our bankgiro. After you have placed your order you use your internet bank or similar to pay to our bankgiro. (You pay the order’s total amount to our bankgiro 349-2964 and mark the payment with your order number as the message.) Note that we will not send the order until payment has cleared, which normally takes up to 24 hours from the payment being sent. No additional charges apply.
HOW LONG IS THE DELIVERY TIME?
We can keep delivery times to a minimum as we work almost exclusively with stock goods and have few special order products. This way you won’t have to wait for the answer if we can possibly deliver what you ordered. Everything that is “in stock” in the store is ready for delivery. Swedish customers normally have their packages within 2-6 working days. If you live outside of Sweden, it normally takes 4-10 working days for the package to arrive.
MAY I HAVE TO PAY EXTRA TOLL IF I LIVE OUTSIDE OF SWEDEN?
If you live in the European Union (EU) there is no toll or duty. If you live outside the EU your package will have to be cleared through customs when entering your country. Your country may add toll or duty and this cost you as the customer will have to take.
THE PRODUCTS YOU SELL ARE OFTEN QUITE OLD, SO HOW CAN I KNOW THEY STILL WORK?
We test all used products, new and old, to ensure that the customer should have an almost as smooth and stress free experience as when you buy a brand new product.
DO I HAVE ANY WARRANTY FROM YOU?
You have a one year warranty on new products and a three-month warranty on used products.
IS THERE A RETURN POLICY IF I CHANGE MY MIND?
Yes, you have 14 days. If you decide you want to return an item, you must communicate this via e-mail. The item must be unused and unopened.
CAN I SELL MY VIDEO GAMES TO YOU?
Yes, we also purchase consoles, accessories and games for all the formats you will find in our online store. The condition is that they are 100% working and in good condition visually. If you have something you want to get rid of please email a list of the products to us. Please let us know if you have a special price you want for it. We pay for the products when they have arrived with us and they have undergone tests, which usually takes place within a few days.
WHAT VIDEO GAME SYSTEMS ARE YOU SELLING?
We work with most of the major console formats since 1977 until today, focusing on the retro, ie the classic formats. Here is a list of the console manufacturers and its consoles we have in stock today. In parentheses you will see our abbreviation of the format which you can also find in all of our product names.
NINTENDO: Nintendo Entertainment System (NES) 8-Bit, Game Boy (GB), Super Nintendo (SNES), Nintendo 64 (N64), Gameboy Color (GBC), GameBoy Advance (GBA), Gamecube (GC), Nintendo DS (DS), Wii (WII) and Wii U (WIIU).
SEGA: Master System (MS), Game Gear (GG), Mega Drive (MD), Mega CD (MCD), 32X (32X), Sega Saturn (SS) and Dreamcast (DC).

HOW DO I KNOW THAT I BUY THE RIGHT VERSION OF A PRODUCT, IE THAT IT WORKS ON MY CONSOLE WHEN I GET IT HOME?

Category: Here it states which console the product is for.
Version: Here you can see which region code the product has. If our product is not the Swedish standard, this is highlighted under “Description”.
Game Language: Here the in-game language is specified. There might be more languages to choose from when you start up the game, but the one(s) stated is the one(s) we guarantee.
Customers in the USA, Canada, Japan and South Korea where the PAL format is not standard, please take some extra time to make sure your system can play the product on sale.
