BASICS

Online store ConceptEntertainment.se is run by Swedish company Concept Entertainment Sweden AB, VAT number SE556751496201. The company is based in Göteborg, Sweden.

You have to be at least 18 years of age to make a purchase from us.

We reserve the right to cancel any purchase. We reserve ourselves for any visual or typographical errors on the site. These errors might be in the product’s description, its price or the information on whether the product is in stock or not. All pictures on the site are for illustrational purposes only and may not represent the exact looks of the product for sale.

The online store and its contents are owned by Concept Entertainment. The information is protected by intellectual property and market laws. This means that images, graphics, design, layout and information about goods, services and other content may not be copied or used without written consent from Concept Entertainment.

The brands, trademarks, trade names, mascots and product names that we have on the site are owned by their respective owners. ConceptEntertainment.se provides links to webpages that are not controlled by us. We cannot guarantee that the content on these sites are up to date, nor that the information there is correct. We can also not guarantee that these sites have the same safety that our own site have. Third parties are responsible for the content on these sites.

CUSTOMER LOG-IN-ACCOUNTS

We recommend our customers to create a user account before purchase, or in connection with the first purchase. You as a customer are responsible for giving us the correct information we need in order to deliver your order to you. We treat all client information confidential and will never allow any third party access to them.

You can also place an order as a guest without saving any credentials or information concerning the purchase.

PRICES, CHARGES AND PAYMENT

All prices in the shop are quoted in Swedish Kronor (SEK) and include VAT. Prices do not include shipping charges.

The shipping cost is 59 SEK for clients with an address in Sweden, this price applies regardless of order size. Customers with addresses outside Sweden pay a shipping fee based on the order’s weight. If you are based outside of Sweden and want to see how much shipping cost you are currently up to you can just click on the shopping cart up in the right corner, choose your destination country in the scroll list, and the current shipping price will be shown.

We offer the following payment options:

VISA / MASTERCARD: Both Swedish and international customers can pay by card. No extra fee is charged for card payments.

14 DAY INVOICE: Only customers with an address in Sweden can choose this payment option. We charge an invoice fee of 29 SEK for payment by invoice. Payment can be made up to 14 days after delivery.

PARTIAL PAYMENTS: Only customers with an address in Sweden can choose this payment option. A payment plan is created with our partner Svea Ekonomi.

SWEDISH BANKGIRO PAYMENT: Only customers with an address in Sweden can choose this payment option. No extra fee is charged for this payment option. When choosing this payment option please note that we will not send your package until the payment has been registered (usually takes 24 hours from sending the payment).

DELIVERY

Under normal circumstances customers with an address in Sweden will have their package within 2-6 working days after placing the order. Customers with addresses outside of Sweden will have to wait a little longer. We send all international shipments with PostNord (Swedish Post) Priority in order for them to arrive as soon as possible. Under normal circumstances, international shipments will arrive within 4-10 business days.

Packages that are not collected by the customer leads to additional costs for us as the seller. We therefore reserve the right to add an extra charge of up to 200 SEK for packages that are not collected by the customer.

RETURNS

You have the right to return any items within 14 days from the day that the package arrived with you. We can only accept items that have not been opened or used. When returning an item to us you must always notify us via email.

WARRANTY

We have a one year warranty on new products and a three-month warranty on used goods. All our used goods, unless otherwise specifically indicated, are subjected to tests in order for us to ensure the quality of the products.
